Pledge for the apartment
The deposit for the apartment can be about a month's rent. In the lease agreement, it is important to specify under what conditions the pledge is returned. It is recommended to indicate that the deposit goes to the account of the last month of the lease.
A small apartment can be rented for an average of 1000-1300 zlotys per month, but it all depends on the condition of the apartment, the city, and the area in which it is located. One-bedroom apartments will cost from 2400 zlotys per month. The tenant must also pay utility bills: for gas, electricity, water, and internet. On average, it is 300 zlotys for a small apartment and 500 zlotys for a two-room apartment.
Lease agreement
There are no special rental rules for renting an apartment to foreigners, except for the rule that the contract must be drawn up in two languages - Polish and a second language understood by the tenant. However, in practice, this requirement is often deviated from - the tenant must confirm that he understands the content of the contract and accepts all its clauses.
