The reception of people in need of protection seeking refuge from the crisis area is coordinated by the federal government. The canton, together with the municipalities, ensures that the appropriate capacities are available should Ukrainian protection seekers come to Uri.
Offers of private accommodation can be submitted centrally via the website of Swiss Refugee Aid.
For information on the housing situation by telephone, the Asylum and Refugee Service of the SRC is available by phone +41 41 535 00 38 (Mon-Fri 09.00-11.30 and 13.30-16.00).
