Intro

Poland has already accepted more than 1 million refugees, Krakow and Warsaw cannot accept new refugees.

When crossing the border for any questions you can contact the volunteer centers. Please find the map with centers here.

Transport

How to reach any city?

Poland has well-developed public transport. Currently, travel on second-class trains is free for Ukrainians. You need to show to the controller a passport with a stamp on the border crossing. Ukrainian immigrants can travel for free to Polish cities. To do this, you need to contact the box office and tell the cashier about it - he will issue a social ticket, for which you do not need to pay anything.

Money

How to exchange UAH?

The average exchange rate is 7 UAH per PLN. Most Polish ATMs ( like Euronet)allows withdrawing money without additional fees from PrivatBank, Monobank, Ukrsibban,k etc. The exchange rates and fees of your bank will be applied. Please contact your bank for more details.
